Most companies recognise the need to insure public liability risk, company property and equipment, and to provide various employee benefits, such as pension, health, and death benefits. However, most employers do not (or cannot for regulatory reasons) provide appropriate advice to the employee on the suitability and impact of these benefits.

Employees

As part of a company you may be entitled to various benefits:

  1. You may already have benefits such as a pension (occupational, group personal pension, stakeholder), PHI, death benefits, PMI or other flexible benefits.

  2. Alternatively, you may be asked whether you wish to receive various benefits of which the pension may be of particular importance.

Our IFAs can be remunerated either by fees or commissions. This is decided by the employer or employee to suit tax status or preference. Employers can therefore be sure that all recommendations will be "suitable" and not made for the purpose of generating the maximum commission. As a result of the many miss-selling reviews, a growing number of employers believe that they have a duty to provide qualified sources of financial advice. We can provide this service to the employer.

Our advisers more than meet the qualifications now demanded by the Regulators. In addition our Directors each have more than 15 years experience - some over 30 years! We thus have ample experience to advise at the most senior of levels.
