Regent supplies case workers to the Business Review industry on various outsource bases. We also run teams or projects under Business Reviews on behalf of corporate clients.

We are aided by having access to our own co-owned recruitment company which provides specialist human resource to the actuarial, financial advisory, and business review sectors.

Actuary CV, Review CV and Adviser CV, are part of the Financial CV Ltd recruitment group of websites, originated as a result of a joint venture partnership between the Regent Organisation and Bank CV. It further develops the ideals of creating an independent recruitment platform for the financial services, review and actuarial workplace.

The recruitment industry has traditionally achieved success through the charging of high commission fees to its clients with no guarantee of providing the appropriate service levels that would be expected. We are rising to the challenge, first set in motion by Bank CV in the Investment Banking sector, of reversing that trend by setting fees/commission levels to our clients that are generally much lower than the market and by maintaining the personal service levels provided through the traditional agency route.

Recruitment sites on the web have proliferated over the last few years in line with the e-business revolution. These vary from basic job bulletin boards to partially interactive sites. The difference we are looking to make is to create the ability for people to have complete control over their CV and personal information and to allow them to determine which companies should (and should not) have access to their details. The comprehensive search filters allow the employers to quickly identify CV's of interest through a comprehensive level of filters and contact is then made with applicants through our confidential "interview request service", once the necessary permission has been gained from the applicant.
